Absolutely awesome. I've been doing it for almost 5 weeks and it has transformed my mornings and really my life. I was very skeptical at first as I've forced myself to wake up early to use my mornings in the past and it hasn't been something I've stuck to. But this journal really helps you to understand your "why" and to be inspired and excited every morning for your routine. It shows you how to plan for every different life style ( including night shift workers) and has lots of encouraging tips, stories, challenges and questions that are really useful for getting you thinking. Honestly one of the best things I've ever done. It not only helps you make the most out of your mornings but really sets you up for your whole day so you can feel great and be productive every day. Couldn't recommend something more!

These brightly colored journals are well made, well designed, and give you so much more than a place to store your daily to-do list. The prompts actually encourage you to think deeply about your intent and provide positive tips and actions to help you stay on track. I plan to buy more of these journals to give as gifts to family and friends.

I love these journals because they are laid out in a way that is easy to learn a new habit, even when you have failed before.
I've only used it a week now but it's easy to understand and follow. You can make the workouts as hard as you like them which I hope will help with plateaus later on.

Wonderful for keeping on target and starting the day off consistently with a positive goal focused intention.
My niece is slightly overweight and very uncomfortable with it, and is being bullied because of it. I looked for a journal for kids, something fun that doesn't have a negative effect on a child's psyche, that guides them through healthy eating and exercise habits. I have no idea what that would look like, but I imagine a fitness coach, nutritionist and someone with a child education degree (or elementary teacher) could put something together. I just thought I'd suggest it, because I'd by it, and I think others would too. It's so difficult to talk to a child about eating healthy without hurting their self-esteem and I am sure there are many parents dealing with this too. If you read this and consider it, I really appreciate it.
The idea of focusing on money spent no matter if it is cash or credit card is the most important idea yet I have tried several budgeting techniques but I think this is the one that will really work
