    Fabulous!

    I am so glad that I found this journal. While I know what I need to do to keep in shape, there is something about this journal that keeps me motivated, engaged and making gains.     Exactly What I Needed

    After months of not going to the gym b/c it was too much effort to get out the door, I ordered this book. I have a small home gym- dumbbells, bands, bench, mirror- and the book with equipment exercises is perfect. The journal format keeps me accountable. For the price of one training session I get three months or solid workouts (and can repeat ever after). Thank you.

    The quality of the book is excellent. Thick pages that lay flat. My pen doesn't bleed through, nor can I see ghosting on the other page. The color illustrations are a great touch to add interest to the workouts.

    Absolutely love this journal. I was creating my own workouts and while they were fine, I find that these push me just a little harder and give me a little more guidance on what muscles should be worked when. Takes the guess work out of my workout and gives me great structure for my strength training calendar.

    Having a guided book to keep me from doing the same old routine everyday made a huge difference. I couldn’t believe how intense the workouts could be and saw some great results. I also found having to record my rep’s each time held me accountable and kept me pushing to do better than the last set. Who knew have a journal as an adult would be fun!

    Dumbbell home workout journal

    Physically a well made high quality book! I’ve been doing weights for years so I wanted it more as a way to document my workouts. I’m not a fan of doing the same workouts repeatedly as I like to change it up. But I just cross out the workout listed in the book and add my own. It’s great for keeping track. Great product overall! I love lists so this works for me!! Delivery was great!

    Best workout plan since playing football

    Not everyone works out the same, has the same levels of accountability etc. I have bounced around to all kinds of workouts from magazines, internet searches and even went back to a similar routine from playing college football. I found myself getting distracted and slacking off. I just finished week 3 of my weightlifting journal and i haven't missed a day. I love this book!

    This isn't the first time I've tried calorie counting. I've done it for years and years on and off again. I would call myself a yo-yo dieter. My problem is consistency and staying interested long enough to make it a habit.
    This book really does help with that. Each day has something new to read, and I think that's what's helping me. I look forward to learning a new trick or trying a new challenge
