    The journal runs 8.5" tall, 5.8” wide, and 0.8” thick and fits easily in most bags. It's built with a beautifully crafted synthetic leather (100% vegan) cover that’s textured to the touch in a hearty, canvas-like material.     Really helps with consistency

    I love the motivation that the journal gives me so complete my stretching everyday. I have it sitting out where I can see it every night before bed. Super helpful!

    Great to get back on track

    I like the journal very much for the fact it's getting me back into a routine of moving more. As a fairly mobile fit person however, due to hip/knee pain dealing with some of the poses are difficult and I have to modify more than what is shown in the journal. Some of the exercises are just out of the question right now due to the knee/hip pain. So I just do what I can or modifications.
