    7. Q: How has using the Morning Sidekick Journal and doing your morning routine impacted your life overall?
    7. I consider myself a morning person, however, once I started the journal, I immediately realized “I could do better”. I like waking up with staying focused in mind. The journal helps readers realize the importance of resting and arising to take on the day in a positive state of mind. I also love positive book recommendations, which I noticed in the journal. I would also highly recommend the journal to other people I feel could benefit from its content. I am more focused in the mornings since starting the journal.
