    Q. What equipment do I need to use this journal?
    A. Most of the workouts are bodyweight oriented and don't require any equipment. The included band can help with some of the warmup exercises. If you'd like to only use body weights, you can absolutely do that :) For those who are looking to challenge themselves by using more weights, the exercises can be done using common gym equipment (some dumbbells and basic machines most gyms should have). Though most of the workouts can be done at home with body weights.

     

    Q. What exactly comes with the journal?
    A. The journal comes with a physical book with 50 workouts, a glute-activation band, a full video guide for each workout, and a digital PDF of the journal.

     

    Q. What size is the journal? What is it made from?
    A. The journal runs 9.5" tall, 7.0” wide, and 1.0” thick and fits easily in most bags. It's built with a beautifully crafted synthetic leather (100% vegan) cover that’s textured to the touch in a hearty, plush-like material. The inside pages are a buttery smooth 100 GSM that are the perfect mix of thick enough to support fountain pens while still keeping the journal light and portable.

     

    Q. How long does it take to use?
    A. Workouts are timed and take roughly 25 minutes to complete followed by a 5 minute cool down.

     

    Q. What about nutrition?
    A. The journals contain a brief overview of nutrition info which is very important to attain great results with your training. Since eating is such a big part of the process, many people pair this journal with the Nutrition Sidekick Journal as well.

     

    Q. Should I only build one habit at a time?
    A. This is entirely dependent on you and your situation. If you want to take it one step at a time, starting with one is enough. If you have a burning passion inside you to build multiple habits at once, many people use multiple journals alongside one another.

    A. Each journal contains: - 40 pages of introductory reading (optional) - 30 interval training (4-3-2-1) style workouts - 20 weight training workouts - An exercise index with descriptions of how to perform each exercise properly. - A system to track your progress, muscle growth, and weight fluctuations along the way
