    I had the first morning journal Jan 2019 i fell off from it/misplaced it constantly going back and forth to my now fiance's house but now with the pandemic and not really going anyplace I ordered the first journal in October. When I went to get the 2nd one I saw the bundle and jumped at it as part of my morning routine i now do the graditude and budgeting journal along with the morning journal and I am starting the evening routine every days tips in that journal are changing my life! It is so good. I haven't looked at the others yet. I might look at them after I finish the graditude journal.

    Geared more toward men

    I have used the original Weightlifting Gym Buddy Journal daily for the last 3 1/2 months. I actually purchased this book in 2023 and it sat in my gym bag until May, 2025!!!
    As women, in my opinion, we like to focus as much on our lower body as we do on upper body. If not more. This book only does a leg workout on every 5th day. The other 4 days are spent on arms, chest, and back.
    I would go back and do a 2nd leg day within the week just to get more legs in.
    I was keeping my own journal in a plain notebook before I found this one.
    Following this journal has been great and has taught me exercises I wouldn’t have normally done.
    The back of the book says there are other volumes, but I was unable to find them on their site. I am not interested in PDF versions.
    I plan to just start this journal over using my Day 1 as Day 66.
    People have stopped me in the gym to see what my book is and have commented on liking the pictures in it. I have given the website to many people over the last few months not realizing they no longer have the actual books. I do find this disappointing.
    Looks like I’ll eventually go back to a plain notebook as the spine of this book is already loose from the jacket.
