            The Journey has Begun!

            I started with the nutrition journey and I'm in my 2nd week. It's GREAT! The "What" pages are awesome to get your personal goals. At 3 weeks I'm going to begin the Dumbell Home workout. I'll use the Bodyweight when I miss the gym. I've also started the Daily Planner! Again, AWESOME!

            Satisfies the list checker!

            I am a list maker and I LOVE to check things off. Having a physical journal that I can write in, is a game changer. I love that all I have to do is open the page, turn on music and then check off the list! The thinking and organizing is done for me. The prompts and reflection sections have been helpful. I added an interval timer to make the full body days easy. I leave one star off due to the nutrition suggestions that are not helpful. It would be nice if the QR linked clients to helpful evidence based nutrition resources to support their journey. I am hopeful there will be a kettlebell journal soon!
