    Gratitude Side Kick

    The Gratitude Side Kick Journal is a gift in so many ways. Each morning it helps me to direct and guide my mind on my blessings and what's going right in my life. It also challenges to see the elements I judge to be challenging or hard as a something to be grateful for as well. It has had a profound effect on how I see things happening for my benefit rather than to my detriment. I am a lifer for the Gratitude Side Kick.

    Best Gratitude Journal in a sea of journals

    I have had 3 other gratitude journals and this is far superior to the others. Before beginning the actual daily gratitude practice there is a 41 page "pre" section that is well worth the effort. The majority of the section is engaging and helpful reading. I found that the actual exercises/answering of the questions in this section made doing the gratitude practice easier to commit to on a daily basis. The Daily Gratitude practice is made up of two pages. The left page is either a pro-tip or some sort of challenge (not difficult but fun). The right side is the actual gratitude writing. My favorite part of the whole book is the "mini gratitude action for tomorrow" at the bottom of the page. I love action items and these are great ones for feeling good about yourself. They are easy to implement and are not things that I normally think about on a daily basis. Powerful book - I would recommend for anyone trying to make a positive impact on their life and the people around them.
