    There are 66 sessions in each Sidekick Journal, for a total of 130 in the Yoga & Stretching Combo, accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that change every day. Additionally there is an optional introductory crash course to help you get started.

    No props or equipment are required for these movements. While blocks or straps can be beneficial, every sequence is designed to be fully accessible and effective without them.

    All orders are shipped out within 1 business day.

    US Orders: typically arrive within 2-7 business days.

    This is easy to stick to

    I didn’t know I needed this stretch guide but I do! It’s so easy to follow and I’ve gotten to the point where I look forward to the exercises.

    I love how both the Stretching and Yoga journals are planned out and easy to follow. This makes it nice because, I am not a perfect person, and even though I try hard to be consistent and follow the daily plan, there are some days I have to skip. The mapped out journal makes it easier for me to not feel guilty and pick up where I left off. I feel like the journals are making an impact for me to create better habits.

    Stretch and Tone

    I got the yoga for myself and the stretch for my husband. He has had hip pain for years. He is on like Day 25. He really enjoys it and even goes and walks a mile to mile and a half after every morning.
    We love the ease of everything right in front of you.
    We did discover early on that it gives more instruction if you scan the QR code. You can even download and save to your phone.
    I havent started mine completely, sprained my ankle so only doing upper body while sitting. Still getting some good stretches.

    Love both of these!

    After hip replacement surgery on 5/8/24, I've been working hard on my rehab. I even started yoga and have been back to the gym. Both is these books have been crucial in my rehab. Last week, we did a family vacation to New Orleans. Thanks to these books, which did go with us, I walked more than 15,000 steps every day with no pain. My muscles and joints feel amazing now!
