Morning sidekick journal | Absolutely awesome.
I've been doing it for almost 5 weeks and it has transformed my mornings and really my life. It shows you how to plan for every different life style ( including night shift workers) and has lots of encouraging tips, stories, challenges and questions that are really useful for getting you thinking.

Loving this planner
This is pulls my busy days together nicely. I work from home with kids and this planner helps me to hone in on the important tasks. I feel productive and less overwhelmed with this method. I still have my master to do list/brain dump, but I only look at this one day to day.

This isn't the first time I've tried calorie counting. I've done it for years and years on and off again. I would call myself a yo-yo dieter. My problem is consistency and staying interested long enough to make it a habit.
This book really does help with that. Each day has something new to read, and I think that's what's helping me. I look forward to learning a new trick or trying a new challenge
