The Habit Nest Daily Planner
I love my morning sidekick journal. First of all it looks so pretty and was made with so much love which you can see. It also helps me to ground down in the evening and to get moving in the morning. I love how it helps me build new habits over time. Will definitley buy the second edition as well!
I ordered this journal set for my daughter and her husband. Looking through it I felt it look useful for my other daughter as well. So, I ordered the set that comes with digital copy.
This journal has helped me practice daily gratitude. Beyond that, it has helped me reframe negative situations. It has made it easier for me to be grateful for the challenges I face/faced and lessons I have learned. Would recommend to people that are looking to make a positive change in their life and build a great habit.

I actually had it for almost a year before actually using it and I wish I would have cracked it open sooner. I always had trouble getting out of bed in the mornings because I would lay there and stress about what needed to be done throughout the day but after about a week of using this Journal I really began to look forward to waking up and checking items off my morning list. Make my list the night before allowed me to dump out my brain and rest better knowing that I had a plan. I even wrote out a little menu for my breakfast and lunch on the side of the pages. I would 100% recommend trying this journal, especially if you are going through a change in your life that could affect your schedule or normal tasks.

I love this journal! I generally enjoy guided journals like this, but have tried so many that I'm often hesitant to purchase, because a lot of stuff on the market is unoriginal and doesn't offer any new insight.
The Habit Nest Morning Sidekick Journal was the best thing I have bought for myself in a long while. I love the daily content--original, helpful and interesting every day. The format itself is simple enough to implement, yet has been life changing for me.
I am now waking up 90 minutes earlier each day, and have included things in my morning routine that make my whole life richer, like yoga, meditation and journaling. I'm actually a happier, more energetic person thanks to this journal.
