Wonderful for keeping on target and starting the day off consistently with a positive goal focused intention.
My niece is slightly overweight and very uncomfortable with it, and is being bullied because of it. I looked for a journal for kids, something fun that doesn't have a negative effect on a child's psyche, that guides them through healthy eating and exercise habits. I have no idea what that would look like, but I imagine a fitness coach, nutritionist and someone with a child education degree (or elementary teacher) could put something together. I just thought I'd suggest it, because I'd by it, and I think others would too. It's so difficult to talk to a child about eating healthy without hurting their self-esteem and I am sure there are many parents dealing with this too. If you read this and consider it, I really appreciate it.
The idea of focusing on money spent no matter if it is cash or credit card is the most important idea yet I have tried several budgeting techniques but I think this is the one that will really work

The journals are easy to follow. Not only do they provide an organized plan of workouts, but the illustrations are easy to understand. After trying the first gym buddy journal, I bought the remainder and a few other journals. Great investment!
Journal is great and just trying to apply what I am learning.
I got this journal for my partner and he loved it. We like that there is no pressure of doing it everyday and instead you can put in of the dates you have done it. I also got it for his nephew and we are waiting for some feedback but I believe it will be helpful for him.
The home workout journal from Habit Nest is just what I have been needing. It is easy to use, helps me track myself and keep myself accountable. I love seeing the progress on paper because seeing physical progress takes longer. I highly recommend this journal to all!

Very helpful to new body builders...Very informative. Great part about it. It gives great information on EACH body part one is using. Everyone can go thru the motion..But, there's tricks to be made to develop each muscle, that most books, video's dont share.
I have always tried to figure out my macros and this book has helped me figure it out and what foods I should be eating. Finally, some clear guidance. Highly recommend!!
