This is a manual for working out and so much more. The exercises are great an I especially like the formulas used on pages 29&30 to figure out your Lean Body Mass. Great idea this book. I will be ordering another one soon
My favorite thing about it is probably the different content daily. Its such a great concept for quick and simple mental claritly to focus on the day! I just love Habit nest so I had to try this planner and im glad I did. Im using it for a more "Personal" planner right now instead of putting down all my appointments and errands, I turned it into a self-care planner. There are so many things you can do to customize it.

After years of failed meditation attempts, I received this journal as a gift. I groaned internally, dreading what was in store, but accepted the challenge nevertheless. To my great surprise and delight, I am smiling as I write this. I've tried meditation repeatedly for years using different methods, videos, apps, etc and always felt like a failure. This book is really helping me to see meditation in a new light and, better yet, to find value and even joy in it. Weeks in, I am still going strong. To anyone considering purchasing this book, I highly recommend it. This journal is helping me get back into the gym. The information is thorough and easy to understand and the workouts are challenging for many levels. Looking forward to working through and moving on to the next set.
My daughter got me the Gratitude Journal for Christmas and it is the best gift! It has really helped me to focus more on gratitude throughout the day. I like the way it is organized and the questions each day that make me think further than just listing what I’m grateful for.
