Track how each day went to help you evaluate what’s working, what isn’t, and how you can further improve.
You’ll plan daily goals and decide how you’re going to follow-through on those goals
Step 3: Keep Track of Essential Statistics and Earn Badges
Both habit specific and general progress-related metrics are tracked so you can get a visual look at your behavior and how you’re improving.
To make the process as fun and engaging as possible, you’ll also be earning badges as for a variety of different behaviors within the app.
