I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve been in my 50’s for five years now. I have ADHD. I don’t know if there are levels of ADHD or not but if there are mine is about mid range based on what I’ve experienced with friends who have the same condition. To start and complete a task is very difficult for me. Sometimes impossible. I have the Habit Nesr app which I love but I often struggle to use because of my ADHD. I keep restarting so I can have a perfect streak. I still absolutely love the app though. But there is something about putting pen to paper. I wish I could afford evey book every journal. Using the sampler pack was absolutely the best 7 days of my life. My 50’s life that is. I especially liked the workout journal and nutrition journal. If you’re trying to figure out what journal might work for you invest in an organized life for 7 days. You won’t regret it.
