Every workout is completely laid out and designed to TORCH fat and shape your booty as quickly as possible.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Three days per week, the workouts will be following the 4-3-2-1 method, which is fundamentally rooted in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).



WEIGHT TRAINING
