    Absolutely! The journal offers workouts that cater to both beginners and seasoned yogis, ensuring everyone can find their challenge.

    There are 66 sessions in each Sidekick Journal, for a total of 130 in the Yoga & Stretching Combo, accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that change every day. Additionally there is an optional introductory crash course to help you get started.

    No props or equipment are required for these movements. While blocks or straps can be beneficial, every sequence is designed to be fully accessible and effective without them.

    All orders are shipped out within 1 business day.

    US Orders: typically arrive within 2-7 business days.

    International Orders: typically arrive within 10-18 business days, barring customs inspections. There should be no additional customs fees upon delivery.

    Love my new stretching journal

    I am so excited about my new stretching journal. The book itself is made of high quality materials. It has a strap to keep it closed, a bookmark, and pen holder. Each day has a warm-up, an upper body and a lower body stretch routine. One very helpful resource is that each day has a QR code that you can scan and it will take you to videos that will walk you through each of the exercise’s and the correct posture/form. It also has daily reflections and end of phase reflections. I especially like that each exercise has a range of reps to do so that you can customize the routine to your fitness level and the amount of time that you have to dedicate to stretching that day.

    Loving the Motivation!

    I grabbed these journals because I had found myself in a bit of a workout rut with little motivation. I love the bite sized challenges and encouragement that is included along with all of the details and extras. Definitely worth it if you need a restart on your workout goals or you just need something new in your routine!

    I’m so very pleased with my stretching guidebook! Wow! It’s even better than I expected. I have been enjoying using it. My only wish it that the illustrations were bigger, but it hasn’t stopped me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great book of stretching exercises!
