Absolutely! The journal caters to both meditation novices and those with an established practice, providing guidance every step of the way.
There are 66 days of habit tracking accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that changes every day. Additionally there is an optional introductory crash course to help you get started.
The Meditation Sidekick Journal is designed to take as little as 5 minutes a day, and helps you build up to longer sessions of 20-30 minutes. Note that the journal is designed to be flexible, meditation is a personal journey, and there's no one "right" way to do it.
While the journal provides techniques that many find helpful in managing stress and anxiety, it's not a replacement for professional mental health advice.

I am new to meditation so I appreciate the detailed instructions.
Two things I’ll mention here as I have been using it:
A person I volunteer with told me I was very calm especially under pressure. I can’t recall ever being told this. In my past people have referred to me as driven.
