            The Journey has Begun!

            I started with the nutrition journey and I'm in my 2nd week. It's GREAT! The "What" pages are awesome to get your personal goals. At 3 weeks I'm going to begin the Dumbell Home workout. I'll use the Bodyweight when I miss the gym. I've also started the Daily Planner! Again, AWESOME!
