I recieved the "Weighthlifting Journal" in good time. The journal itself is well made and will stand the test of time and the protective box is going to do a good job for years to come. The journals contain a miriad of exercises and I am working my way through them. The variety of sessions contained within the book make training interesting to perform and, so far, there is no repatition of exercise. I look forward to seeing which set of exercises will be next. The journal also groups exercises together to work specific muscles, saving you the thought process.
All in all the journal is well made and extremely informative and being able to record your progress is very impotant, something the journal does with aplomb.
