    A huge kick start and something I can stick with

    I am really enjoying this journal. I can go at my own place, do the exercises correctly and do the program my way. I really think this is something I can stick with and continue enjoying repeatedly.

    Great starter journals

    I truly needed a guide to help me get back out there. I am using old tools but new tools too and I needed to make sure I got the best advice and a routine. Routines are key when working out, it help you to stay focused on the task and then after you can mix things up. 😉

    Just what I’ve been looking for!

    I’ve been searching for something just like this. The pictures of each exercise are well done, the exact timings, and the strength training portions are perfect. I can use it at the gym or at home. I hope they come up with a second version that just includes the exercise sections….there are a lot of “extras” included in the original that you wouldn’t need the 2nd time around. Easy to follow, easy to modify, and I’m definitely seeing a change and getting stronger!

    Where has this been my whole life

    I am so excited that this exists! I've always struggled with being consistent with any workout plan, so I've bounced around doing many different things for many years. I have ADHD so I lose interest in things and am terrible at organizing any effective program. This journal has literally changed my life. I don't have to research anything, I can just follow along, and these workouts are intense if you really give your all, or mild if you need to take it easier. I actually get excited to workout and have exceeded the goal I set for how many workouts I wanted to do each week!
