As the title says I really don’t know what I’d do without my Habitnest journal. The weightlifting journal gives me direction so I don’t waste time wondering what i should be doing. I really appreciate the journals easy to follow direction on how to do the exercises. My only complaint would be that sometimes how do do the exercise and the exercise itself don’t match up. It’s more of an book editing problem then a problem with using the book itself
