There are 65 workouts in each Transformation Journal, for a total of 130 in the Dumbbell and Weightlifting combo, accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that change every day. Additionally there is an introductory crash course to dive deeper at the start of each journal.
The workouts are effective for beginner, intermediate, and advanced lifters. You can tailor any workout to the intensity that is best for you. There are challenges and tips to help you challenge yourself (if you want to) along the way.
The workouts are designed to take 45-60 minutes each.
For the Dumbbell Transformation Journal the only equipment you need to do this journal in its entirety, is dumbbells. You should have 3-5 sets of dumbbells or adjustable dumbbells in order to accommodate different body parts and their strength.
For the Weightlifting Transformation Journal you will need access to a gym with basic equipment - like a dumbbell set and cable tower. The journal is designed to work for people with limited equipment available, and there are alternative exercises listed.
