    Absolutely! Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned weightlifter, this journal is designed to help you optimize your sessions and see consistent improvement.

    There are 65 workouts in each Transformation Journal, for a total of 130 in the Home Workout Combo,  accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that change every day. Additionally there is an introductory crash course to dive deeper.

    The workouts are designed to take 45-60 minutes each.

    For the Bodyweight Transformation Journal - the only equipment you technically need to do this journal in its entirety is your own body weight. Some exercises might call for a doorway or a towel, both of which should be commonly found in most homes.

    For the Dumbbell Transformation Journal the only equipment you need to do this journal in its entirety, is dumbbells. You should have 3-5 sets of dumbbells or adjustable dumbbells in order to accommodate different body parts and their strength. 

    Both are designed to be successfully completed at home.

    All orders are shipped out within 1 business day.

    Excellent work out program

    This is a great way to work out at home, the journal format is perfect for me. Also I love how you can scan the code and see a video of each exercise.So you know you are doing it correctly.

    Love my new bodyweight journal

    I am so excited about my new bodyweight journal. The book itself is made of high quality materials. It has a strap to keep it closed, a bookmark, and pen holder. Each day has a information on the muscles it is focusing on. One very helpful resource is that each day has a QR code that you can scan and it will take you to videos that will walk you through each of the exercise’s and the correct posture/form. I especially like that each exercise has a range of reps to do so that you can customize the routine to your fitness level and the amount of time that you have to dedicate to exercise that day.

    Takes the guesswork out

    I've been using the journals and cards for the past few weeks and they made it easier for me to get exercise at home this winter. The benefit of having the print versions is that I can have them in an easily accessible place, which makes a huge difference to me. I also got the dumbbell cards and I actually prefer to use those over the journals sometimes because I can choose the exercises (and potentially more fun to use, depending on your preference).
