    Haven’t started it!

    I already I did the sleep journal at the beginning of covid when I did the morning side kick journal and it helped. Now , I have done it and right now oriole are too attached and obsessed so the recovery is not working. I didn’t it with the series of the morning sidekick journals. there obsessed and attached so the outcome of a journal and before I told them what I was doing I was sleeping. The journal worked at the beginning of covid before they added a ton of stress . I did it alongside many other programs . It was an add pn to multiple programs I was ding at home and now I am doing new things and I haven’t really re steered the journal and there all obsessed. There team is obsessed.
