    Absolutely! The journal offers workouts that cater to both beginners and seasoned yogis, ensuring everyone can find their challenge.

    There are 66 sessions in each Sidekick Journal, for a total of 130 in the Yoga & Stretching Combo, accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that change every day. Additionally there is an optional introductory crash course to help you get started.

    No props or equipment are required for these movements. While blocks or straps can be beneficial, every sequence is designed to be fully accessible and effective without them.

    All orders are shipped out within 1 business day.

    US Orders: typically arrive within 2-7 business days.

    International Orders: typically arrive within 10-18 business days, barring customs inspections. There should be no additional customs fees upon delivery.

    This little journal is special!

    I received my Stretching Sidekick Journal not knowing what to expect, kind of wondering if it was just going to be one of those things that was a good idea that just got tossed aside after a cursory glance. (You know what I am talking about, right?!?) Well, this Journal is different. Let me share a few things about it.

    First, it feels good in my hands. Great size, weight and color. I think that matters.
    Second, it explains in simple terms, with some cute illustrations, what it is about. The What, The Who and The Why. It then talks about stretching, gives some explanations, how/when to time it, etc but the thing that got me, the thing that resonated in my heart was this idea: Tomorrow, you will be exactly who you are today, unless you change today. If you don't change today, the rest of your life is predetermined. And I want to be different tomorrow than I am today. It is on me. And I can do this stretching journal and it is going to help me achieve my goals. Very simple. Very powerful.
    And the daily stretching routines? So fun! Pictures, some explanation and a QR code for more detail if you want/need it. I truly am loving this journal!!!
