AMAZING! I've tooted the horn for you on Instagram to all my friends and will continue to share my journey with these books! I'm almost 40 and have been going to the gym for just about 20 years, with a couple years off somewhere along the way lol. When covid hit the gym was not a thing so I invested in home workout equipment. But something was still missing, I still wasn't sure of all the moves I could do at home with what I had. I made good progress in the 10 months since my top surgery, then got this book and IT HAS CHANGED MY GAME! I know at least 4x as many workouts per muscle group I can do at home now. I am thrilled to say the least. I also picked up the Gym Buddy Journal. Going to be rotating between home and the gym, so I haven't yet gotten to use it, but I'm sure it will be just as satisfying as this one. With that said, I'm going to challenge my earing habits and pick up your nutrition buddy Journal very soon! Thank you for these wonderful products. They really are a 'feel good' system to make you feel proud about yourself and achieve your goals at your level, and your pace, and they keep you healthy...physically and mentally.

The Bodyweight Home Exercise Journal not only gives me the freedom to replace exercises, for example, I work on my kneeling push-ups whenever a push-up variation comes up but the motivation and accountability to do the exercises as well. I am actually doing the exercises on my own without the need for a class. So the motivation is mine not an instructors. I think this motivation comes from learning how to do these exercises and actually enjoying the learning process. This was a great idea that is working for me. Thank you.
I've had my Home Workout Journal for a couple weeks now. The beginning section was very informative and interesting to read. At this time, I have only attempted the first workout. While I did find the explanations on how to do each one correctly, they were not easy. One was impossible to do because I didn't have enough upper body strength to do even once. I am hoping that in time I can build up strength to try this journal more.
The journal contains solid information however the binding is rather weak.
