For the bodyweight journal, you need access to a towel. For the dumbbell journal, you need access to a set of dumbbells. If you have adjustable ones or ones of different weights, that'd beneficial as well, though not completely required.
The journal comes with a physical book with 65 workouts, a text guide explaining the proper form for each exercise, a link to videos demonstrating each exercise, and optionally a digital PDF of the journal.
The journal runs 9.5" tall, 7.0” wide, and 1.0” thick and fits easily in most bags. It’s built with a beautifully crafted synthetic leather (100% vegan) cover that’s textured to the touch in a hearty, canvas-like material. The inside pages are a buttery smooth 100 GSM that are the perfect mix of thick enough to support fountain pens while still keeping the journal light and portable.
Every workout can be completed in 45-60 minutes.
Each journal contains: 50 pages of introductory reading (optional) - 48 workouts - 12 full body circuit workouts - 30 pages of interspersed content (i.e. form recommendations, pro-tips, and daily challenges) throughout the workouts - A system to track your progress, muscle growth, and weight fluctuations along the way.
This is entirely dependent on you and your situation. If you want to take it one step at a time, starting with one is enough. If you have a burning passion inside you to build multiple habits at once, many people use multiple journals alongside one another.
The journal is effective for lifters of all levels. It allows you to slowly scale up your intensity with well-timed suggestions for new challenges along the way. Every ~10-15 days we show you how to further challenge yourself (if you want to) by adding an additional set, supersets, and dropsets to your workouts.

I was lacking structure before and now the journals have given me that and I feel like I’m making positive progress! Nicely laid out and easy to use
I used to strength train regularly on my 20’s up until about age 45. I just turned 49 and suddenly felt lost at the gym. I also have a lot of equipment at home that I bought for my teenage son and I just couldn’t get motivated to use any of it. The journals gave me the program and plan that I needed. Some of the exercises I am not quite ready to do but I can substitute from another workout in the journal and still complete a great workout and feel successful.
As a busy mom, I needed a zero excuses option for workouts. I can complete the workouts in my small space with no equipment.
