    The journal is designed to be very fast to fill out daily, at roughly 3-5 minutes a day.

    The journal runs 8.5" tall, 5.8” wide, and 0.8” thick and fits easily in most bags. It's built with a beautifully crafted synthetic leather (100% vegan) cover that’s textured to the touch in a hearty, canvas-like material. The inside pages are a buttery smooth 100 GSM that are the perfect mix of thick enough to support fountain pens while still keeping the journal light and portable.

    Great quality journal and material

    The quality of this good is great. It will lay open flat….I had concerns. The material and daily flow instructions are very informative and detailed. I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend this yoga journal to a friend.

    Yoga Journal exceeded my expectations

    The quality of the book is excellent. Thick pages that lay flat. My pen doesn't bleed through, nor can I see ghosting on the other page. The color illustrations are a great touch to add interest to the workouts.
    My only complaint is that I have to use my readers when working out. The instructions below each pose are tiny, light grey font on cream-colored paper. Not a show stopper though since I do not work out in the dark.
