So far I am really liking my journal. I am away on vacation so

This book will start getting my booty in shape and help get me the effect im looking for.
I completely enjoy this weightlifting gym buddy book. I log all my workouts and I try to challenge myself to beat what I did on the last workout. I also enjoy how all the workouts are mixed up each week. They are never the same. I love it so much I bought the whole series that has one year worth of workouts. Great Idea!!
I'm getting a lot out of this journal. I wish I could afford some of the other journal.
I just got this book a few weeks ago on accident through Amazon because I was looking for a Journal to write down my workout plans, and I purchased this book and I am obsessed 🤩 I love how detailed it is and it’s like having a coach with you! I would love if Habit Nest made a workout journal for Pregnant Women! 💕
I ordered this when it was first released as a PDF. I started it the next day. I’ve done it thru at least twice now. If I could give it a 10 star rating I would! The exercises were easy to learn especially with the directions in the back of the book. I had to switch out a couple of exercises because they were too difficult but have since been able to add them back in. I am hoping for a version 2!! Thanks Habit Nest!
I absolutely love the convenience, accountability, and CONFIDENCE that this little book is for me! All I have to do is show up.. I have literally been trying to “get back on track” for a couple of years and my gym buddy was the answer. I love it.. thank you Habit Nest!
