There are 66 sessions in each Sidekick Journal, for a total of 130 in the Yoga & Stretching Combo, accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that change every day. Additionally there is an optional introductory crash course to help you get started.
No props or equipment are required for these movements. While blocks or straps can be beneficial, every sequence is designed to be fully accessible and effective without them.
