    Absolutely! Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned weightlifter, this journal is designed to help you optimize your sessions and see consistent improvement.

    There are 65 workouts in each Transformation Journal, for a total of 130 in the Home Workout Combo,  accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that change every day. Additionally there is an introductory crash course to dive deeper.

    The workouts are designed to take 45-60 minutes each.

    For the Bodyweight Transformation Journal - the only equipment you technically need to do this journal in its entirety is your own body weight. Some exercises might call for a doorway or a towel, both of which should be commonly found in most homes.

    For the Dumbbell Transformation Journal the only equipment you need to do this journal in its entirety, is dumbbells. You should have 3-5 sets of dumbbells or adjustable dumbbells in order to accommodate different body parts and their strength. 

    Both are designed to be successfully completed at home.

    All orders are shipped out within 1 business day.

    US Orders: typically arrive within 2-7 business days.

    International Orders: typically arrive within 10-18 business days, barring customs inspections. There should be no additional customs fees upon delivery.

    Great for busy people!

    Great product for busy people, especially those that engage in a lot of business travel. The workouts can be done anywhere and are as challenging as you need them to be. The corresponding videos that you can pull up on line in order to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly are VERY helpful. Very happy!

    More than just exercises

    The Dumbbell and Bodyweight journal combo has much more than exercises to offer. It does provide a series of workouts that rotate through different body parts and come with detailed instructions. There are tips for each exercise on the workout, and you can always swap out another exercise for the same body part because the exercises are grouped together in the Exercise Index, along with being color coded according to the exerciser’s outfit. But in addition, the books are oriented to help you be clear on why and how you will make this new habit an ongoing part of your life. They ask you to clarify your intention at the beginning and then there are periodic checkups to see how things are going and whether anything has changed. I think this helps to make this program extra motivating.

    It works!

    I’ve been using the dumbbell workout journal for a month. I love the layout! The tidbits of information keep me motivated. The illustrations are clear, the pages not cluttered. I love that it opens flat to a day’s workout, no flipping back and forth. I love it has a place to record your previous PR for exercises you’ve done before. I love that I don’t have to think about what to do each day. I just do what it says. I love that each day is a different combination of moves, not just the same thing I did the week before. I love that I set my own schedule and it has built in accountability. Honestly the best thing I’ve done other than classes!
