    There are 66 sessions in each Sidekick Journal, for a total of 130 in the Yoga & Stretching Combo, accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that change every day. Additionally there is an optional introductory crash course to help you get started.

    No props or equipment are required for these movements. While blocks or straps can be beneficial, every sequence is designed to be fully accessible and effective without them.

    All orders are shipped out within 1 business day.

    US Orders: typically arrive within 2-7 business days.

    What a great surprise!

    Stretching Habit Nest Book is One of a Kind

    I absolutely love the stretching habit best book! I love how it has a break down of all the stretches along with pictures to better understand. I love how it is set up so it’s easy to follow along with daily and stay on track. I love that it’s a hard cover book instead of an app.
