    There are 66 sessions in each Sidekick Journal, for a total of 130 in the Yoga & Stretching Combo, accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that change every day. Additionally there is an optional introductory crash course to help you get started.

    No props or equipment are required for these movements. While blocks or straps can be beneficial, every sequence is designed to be fully accessible and effective without them.

    I do believe books can help facilitate change. This book can help you keep accountability. It is learning and journaling (two in one) and would help any level of learner. Build confidence and strength - I went to Barnes and Noble and other book stores looking for books to help and ended up with Habit Nest On-line. The book and the packaging is beautiful. Give as a gift to yourself or to a loved one.

    I love how both the Stretching and Yoga journals are planned out and easy to follow. This makes it nice because, I am not a perfect person, and even though I try hard to be consistent and follow the daily plan, there are some days I have to skip.
