Absolutely! Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned weightlifter, this journal is designed to help you optimize your sessions and see consistent improvement.
There are 65 workouts in each Transformation Journal, for a total of 130 in the Home Workout Combo, accompanied by content, including tips and challenges, that change every day. Additionally there is an introductory crash course to dive deeper.
The workouts are designed to take 45-60 minutes each.
For the Bodyweight Transformation Journal - the only equipment you technically need to do this journal in its entirety is your own body weight. Some exercises might call for a doorway or a towel, both of which should be commonly found in most homes.
For the Dumbbell Transformation Journal the only equipment you need to do this journal in its entirety, is dumbbells. You should have 3-5 sets of dumbbells or adjustable dumbbells in order to accommodate different body parts and their strength.
Both are designed to be successfully completed at home.
