One day at a time, you reflect on different topics and aspects of yourself. It gives you homework. It challenges you to see your best you and appreciate it. It works to reframe your opinion or approach to life around you.
This journal is *life changing* Im great at following directions and TERRIBLE and knowing what to do. This cuts out any work on my end, just follow the steps (or modify them, I’m not in the best shape!) and you’re good to go! Can’t wait to try more in the future.
This journal has become one of my favorite parts of my day!! I have bought the rest of the journals and hope that they keep making new ones!
This budgeting journal gets down into the details, makes you own your spending, and touches on short term through long term goals and how to find where it's slipping out of your pocket. Excellent! I wish they would've taught us this in school. It has changed the way I view my spending.
I was going through a rough time personally and this book gave me the support to put habit and rituals back into my daily life. It’s a half hour out of your day to give to yourself, your health, your peace of mind. Definitely grab this book!
I am new to meditation so I appreciate the detailed instructions.
Two things I’ll mention here as I have been using it:
A person I volunteer with told me I was very calm especially under pressure. I can’t recall ever being told this. In my past people have referred to me as driven.
The watch I use reports my “stress level.” My “stress level “ has been lower by 40% since I started meditating with the guidance of the journal.
It really has exceeded my expectations.

This is everything I've ever googled all in one easy to read/follow book.
I've really been loving the printed home workout journal!
Pros:
1. Steps/Exercises are easy to follow and descriptive
2. The exercises are as effective as you make them!
3. There are little tips/explanations along the way.
4. The tracker allows you to see your improvement over time.
5. It helps with maintaining an exercise momentum--the variety in the exercises allows one to be curious and not get bored quickly.
6. The printed version book/journal looks nice--sturdy, nice pages, solid color.
7. The customer service has been wonderful!
Cons:
1. It's still up to the user to maintain a momentum. The journal is designed to help with the motivation/momentum (due to variable exercises/changing the focus up), but the user still has to keep the momentum going to see the benefits. :)
Throughout life we learn 'life lessons', directions to help with future milestones. This planner helps move forward stagnant lives. In it are all the right ingredients to visually see what is lacking in daily life to move forward and break the 'hamster wheel'. Allowing for thoughts and wants to be seen and come alive. This is definitely a 'life lesson' that should be taught early! I purchased one for each of my sons from Amazon at Christmas. They are young men living different lifestyles and yet they both shared with me how useful and engaging this planner is.
I am purchasing not only the next 6ms (great business strategy) for them but also journals for others (and myself).
Amazon is a good trial platform but I believe supporting a business within themselves is very important.

I love my Habit Nest Weightlifting Gym Buddy Series that I purchased a second set after completing the first. I don't have to think about what I want to do when I get to the gym. It is all laid out for me in a simple, easy to follow plan. I love the accountability it provides and the ability to easily see the progress I have made over time. I highly recommend this anyone who is looking to build strength and needs/wants a good plan to do that!
