I’m currently using this book & I am on day 12! I’m meeting my mini gratitude action by leaving this review. ;) I am very much enjoying this journal, as well as a the morning sidekick. This has been a blessing to me. I love participating in the mini gratitude acts. I love the responses I get from the ones/things I’m giving gratitude towards & the feeling it gives me to know I’ve made someone’s day by actually expressing kindness and gratitude made me recognize how often I don’t express gratitude enough but should, not only for myself, but for others. I absolutely love this book!
This book has been so great for me. When I hit day 15 of the morning sidekick I ordered more of the sidekick journals. I was trying to make quick changes because achieving and meeting my goals have been so important to me that I will force myself to do this journal nightly. . I looked up many reviews on using these in combination & I can say that I’ve found which I should wait to start and what journals work good together. I never found any reviews on combination use of these journals. For me, I just graduated with my Master’s and I honestly have never had a routine. I’ve tried and tried and tried to build one over the years & just never could stick with it- which left me with a struggling 6 years of school. I can say I’ve tried many, many, many journals and ideas and ways to start and continue routines I’ve set up for myself and this book broke the mold. I wish I would have found these books sooner. I would like to get to say I have found ways to incorporate using the journals together that is starting to work for me. For instance, do I need to use this one at this time, etc. it’s become a learning process but they can most definitely be used together but as a perfectionist (I’m working on this) I noticed by using the 4 I have currently together I was trying to meet my objectives without concern for the books intentions.
This journal is great. Easy to follow, step by step. All you got to do is make it to the gym and follow the workout. No more stumbling around online deciding what exercises to do or what body part to work on. Highly recommend for any beginners. I was intimidated at first then I got this journal and feel like a boss at the gym.
I just finished the part where it finishes before logging in. I loved it. Learned difference between simple and complex carbohydrates along with macronutrients and how to figure it out.
The Morning Sidekick Journal really helped me jumpstart my mornings. I wake up motivated and ready for the challenges ahead.
I absolutely love it!!
While I do think this book is a great tool the exercises sets are definitely not for beginners. They are meant for people more advanced in their exercise journey.

This journal is a wonderful way to plan and start my mornings. Setting a plan the night before has really helped me to start the day with focus, and that is keeping me on track. A fabulous tool with guidance and tips to get you thinking.
I’m using this every day to track our expenses and it’s super useful. It lays things out for me in a visual way which is what I need. Knowing the concepts is not enough, I’m a visual person. And taking the time every day to review my attitude and habits regarding money is beneficial.
This book is HEAVEN SENT. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Love this journal! Exercises are easy to follow and they provide a safe and efficient pathway to effective resistance training. Takes all the guess work out out of your work out.
